BARRIER PIPE – PB & PEX
Our pipe is available in either coils or 3mtr straight lengths in either PEX or Polybutylene materials depending on the preference of the installer. Our PEX and PB pipe is manufactured, tested & certified to BS7291 class S and DIN16892. The pipe meets the requirements for Class S service conditions as specified in Table 1 of EN12318 for a service life of 50 years. It is also WRAS approved.
Quality Warranty For 50 Years
Twistloc products undergo long-term test programmes and strict quality standards. When correctly installed using Twistloc pipe, we offer a 50 year warranty against the defects in materials and manufacturing across our standard Twistloc Fittings range from the date of delivery.
(This 50-year guarantee does not cover the mechanical components within our range of valves and threaded adaptors. Sealing washers for both the valves and adaptors are also not covered within the 50- year guarantee. For the above-mentioned product types, these will hold a 2-year guarantee for manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase at no additional cost.)
Twistloc Plumbing & Heating Products are designed for use on normal UK domestic plumbing and heating systems and supplied in accordance with our conditions of sale. The system must be designed, installed and operated within the temperature and pressure ratings as defined in BS7291 Class S while taking into account all other exclusions and limitations as defined in the design, application and installation guidance provided by the manufacturer.
Note: The term ‘Twistloc’ refers to all white fittings which have the Twistloc cap safety mechanism and excludes all valves, black fittings and flexihoses.
